Check you’re signed in and you have an active subscription. If you’re on your computer start by clearing your computers cache and cookies. You can also try rebooting your computer and check that you are using a compatible browser using the latest version.
If you’re on a device, check you are using the latest operating system and you have the latest version of the app. Also try logging out of the app, shutting down and logging back in again. If problems persist, try deleting the app and reinstalling.
Check you have a Wi-Fi connection. Also check the speed of your connection. We recommend a minimum speed of 2MB/s for streaming video.
If you’re on a device and you’re trying to stream via mobile, check that you have this feature enabled in settings, and check your video quality settings in the App Settings menu.
